Are QR Menu Point and Kiosk Menu Point the same product?
They are two distinct products. With QR Menu Point, guests scan a QR code at the table and view the menu on their phone. With Kiosk Menu Point, they explore an interactive menu and large photos on a small or large screen outside your restaurant. Table reservations are available as an optional Kiosk add-on.
Do guests need an app for QR Menu Point?
A phone browser is all guests need to browse the QR menu. They do not need to install an app.
Can guests order through QR Menu Point?
The QR catalog presents the menu. If an online ordering service is connected, it can link guests to that service. Ordering and any payment take place in the connected service, according to its capabilities.
Is Kiosk Menu Point a self ordering system?
Kiosk Menu Point presents the menu and supports table reservations with the optional add-on. A table reservation is separate from a food order: the product does not include a basket, order submission or payment.
Can guests book a table through Kiosk Menu Point?
Yes, with the optional reservation add-on. Guests can book a table directly from the screen outside your restaurant. The add-on is enabled separately and is not included in the standard menu display.
Does Kiosk Menu Point need a large screen?
Kiosk Menu Point can be presented on a small or large touchscreen. We select suitable equipment for the location outside your restaurant and check compatibility before installation.
Can I use my own screen for Kiosk Menu Point?
We check your touchscreen, equipment and connection before recommending an installation. Compatibility is confirmed for your specific device.
